If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused product within 60 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price and sales tax, if applicable. You must pay for return shipping.
We can only issue refunds if we receive your returned product. Therefore, we recommend that you use a carrier that offers tracking capabilities such as U. S. Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation or a commercial carrier.
Refunds will be credited to the credit card that was used for the initial order. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles after we have received the returned merchandise for the credit to appear on your statement.
Instructions for returning product
1. Request a Return Authorization (RA) number from Efficas, Inc. via email www.efficas.com/contact or call Efficas customer service toll-free at 866-446-0388.
2. Write the RA number on the original packing list and on the outside of the box.
